From bra fitting to menstrual health literacy, we create safe spaces where confidence grows.

Growing up isn’t always easy. Many girls face stigma, silence, or a lack of support as their bodies change. At Uplifting Our Girls, we help girls ages 9 to 17 enter this stage of life with dignity, knowledge, and joy.

Through hands-on workshops, bra fitting education, and lessons on menstrual health, girls gain confidence and care that they can take into everyday life. Our Uplift & Flow Boxes reinforce what they’ve learned, reminding each girl that she is seen, valued, and worthy of love.

Along with parents, guardians, and community partners, we’re breaking down barriers. We replace shame with strength, one safe space at a time.
